An Attalla man is accused of giving officers a false name during a traffic stop. Etowah County authorities say 38-year-old Allen Lee Deal had been pulled over last Friday for an expired license plate. Deal is charged with one count of using false identity to obstruct justice. He is also the subject of warrants from police in Southside and Attalla
