Wednesday morning, some 800 students were evacuated from Arab High School because of an emailed bomb threat. Thursday morning, one student was evacuated from the school for making that threat. Arab police say a freshman student admitted to the crime under questioning by school officials and was then arrested. He was charged with making a terrorist threat, which is a felony. That means he won’t be released to his parents until going through juvenile court proceedings. Because he is a juvenile, his name is not being released.
