Judge Pleads Guilty to Hunting Infraction

One of the most unsportsmanlike ways to hunt is with the use of bait, and among those who pleaded guilty to doing that last week was a Marshall County Municipal Judge. Albertville City Judge Dee Walker was one of two defendants pleading guilty to hunting over bait. Officers said cracked corn and wheat were used to lure birds illegally to a field to be shot. That’ll be 50 dollars. Case closed.
