Monday Deadly Day on Area Roadways

A 5 year-old boy fron Guntersville was thrown from a car that crashed in Marshall County and was killed. It happened Monday when little Mallex Garner was riding in a car drive by 29 year-old Chasity Garner that went out of control and off the road into a guard rail. She is in Huntsville Hospital and another passenger wasn’t hurt.

Monday night 24 year-old Joanie Patterson of Boaz was killed riding in a car driven by a man who crashed on Sand Valley Road west of Attalla. 25 year-old Brandon Roach of Boaz was driving and was badly hurt. Troopers say alcohol could have played a part.

This on top of the 3 people killed when a car went under a mobile home being towed in Attalla. It was a deadly day on Monday on area roads.
