Retrial of a Huntsville cop who’s accused of body slamming a man who had done nothing wrong. A judge is meeting privately with attorneys on both side before the retrial. The jury was hung in the first trial back in September and could not reach a verdict. Officer Eric Parker answered a call about a suspicious person in a neighborhood and encountered an elderly Indian man who was out for a walk and spoke no English. Parker slammed him to the ground — partially paralyzing the man.
